I received a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 2021 from the University of San Francisco and hold a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (2024).
I have had the opportunity to work with individuals and couples of all ages and orientations dealing with issues including anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I also value working with communication skills, relational issues, and women’s issues. I am passionate about working with clients who are interested in exploring their challenges and working towards personal goals that will lead to experiencing a more fulfilling life.
My job is to provide an atmosphere of emotional safety in which there is space for clients to share and explore their experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in client-centered and strengths-based theories, which promote self exploration and lifelong growth.
Working together, let's delve into the challenges that have brought you into therapy, the strengths and resources we can uncover within you, and discover new possibilities for your life going forward.
I enjoy working with individuals (teens through adults of all ages) and couples of all relational status. I have experience working with people from a wide range of race, culture, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
